We are absolutely thrilled to have been shortlisted for the Industrial Deal of the Year at this year’s Midlands Props.
We’ve been lucky enough to win at the Props before and know just what an honour it is to make the shortlist for these really prestigious awards.
We’re one of four finalists up for the industrial deal title, along with Stoford Developments, Frontier Development Capital and Barberry. We wish them all the best of luck and are honoured to be finalists alongside them.
Our nomination is in recognition of our work at the fantastic new Sucham Park development in Southam. We’re the sole agents for marketing this prestigious site which has been developed so superbly by Warwickshire Property and Development Group.
To date we’ve concluded deals or have firm offers for nearly 80 per cent of the space on the 42,000 sq ft development, all with significant companies looking to expand their regional presence – a key reason for the development.
We can’t wait for the big awards night on May 16 at the Grand Hotel in Birmingham – always a special event in a fabulous venue. It will be tremendous fun whatever the outcome on the night.
