Stonebridge House is a unique, prestigious office complex comprising a Tudor-style period building linked to a modern purpose-built office development. The original building has been sympathetically restored, retaining numerous period features such as the exposed oak beams, a cast-iron oven and period-style windows, while incorporating the features expected of a modern office.
The old and new sections are linked at first-floor level by a floating oak staircase rising from a feature reception area.
The office suite comprises open-plan office accommodation with raised floors, suspended ceilings, Cat II lighting, floor boxes and perimeter trunking. The whole complex is heated via an oil-fired system with wall-mounted radiators. There are WC facilities on each floor, with a separate shower room on the first floor. A lift provides additional access to the first floor. Stonebridge House is set in mature landscaped grounds with its own dedicated car parking for approximately 45 cars and an appropriate allocation will be made for the suite.
