Work is progressing well and on time at Business Village’s brand new development at Shipston.
The 6 Industrial units are due for completion in March and 4 have already been sold with strong interest in the remaining 2. Occupiers will be joining BPS and Paul Carr Racing on the successful development and one further plot remains for larger design and build opportunities.
