18th February 2019

Bromwich Hardy have acted on behalf of a private client in agreeing terms to purchase the freehold of 168 Parade, Leamington Spa.  The landmark building is let to Pizza Express and two office occupiers and a residential apartment on the upper floors.

Tom Bromwich comments: –

“We are delighted to have advised our client on the purchase of this Investment property – it is a fantastic building overlooking The Pump Room Gardens and has real asset management opportunities. Despite ‘unsettled times ‘, there remains strong Investor appetite for commercial property in strong towns such as Royal Leamington Spa. We have been retained to manage the building and look forward to working on the property “.
