A C Lloyd have launched a new commercial development to be known as Trident Business Centre, comprising fourteen individual business units with construction due to commence in February 2014.
A C Lloyd have timed the development to take advantage of the improving commercial property market and thirteen of the fourteen units have already been reserved before construction commences.
Des Wynne, Director of A C Lloyd said……”We have for some time been thinking of commencing speculative development again, on the back of what we perceive to be a strengthening commercial property market, and have now obtained detailed planning permission for Trident Business Centre with construction to commence next month. We are delighted with the interest that has been received in the scheme and to have reservations on 100% of the scheme before construction has commenced is unprecedented. We now perceive there to be growing optimism within the local and regional property market and are now in detailed discussions with the Local Planning Authority for Phase 2 development at Trident Business Park”.
The development will comprise fourteen business units ranging from 1,000 square feet up to 3,000 square feet, accessed off Poseidon Way, Trident Park, with easy direct access to the M40 motorway. A C Lloyd are represented by Bromwich Hardy, North Rae Saunders and EHB Commercial in marketing the development and Tom Bromwich of Bromwich Hardy comments……”A C Lloyd have provided exactly what the market has been calling for, for the last twelve months, and as can be seen from the success of pre-sales they have timed this development extremely well. We are looking forward to construction commencing on site shortly and indeed, moving onto Phase 2 in due course to continue to satisfy increasing demand”.
