A C Lloyd have taken Practical Completion at Trident Park, with 100% sales success. The development comprises 14 industrial starter units built for sale and ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 sq ft. All 14 units have been sold and occupiers will commence moving in shortly.
The development was built A C Lloyd by Benniman Ltd of Bromsgrove, the second project they have successfully completed for A C Lloyd at Tachbrook Park.
