Bromwich Hardy have recently completed the simultaneous sale of 8 Olympus Court on Tachbrook Park, to a private investor and simultaneously agreed a new lease on the building.
8 Olympus Court was sold on behalf of a private pension fund with full vacant possession to private investors. Bromwich Hardy were also able to advise on a new letting and the building has now become the new Headquarters for Banana Moon Day Nurseries, who have relocated from Athena Court.
