Leading Midlands commercial property experts Bromwich Hardy have helped seal a major £3million warehouse deal.
Bromwich Hardy partner Tom Bromwich was called in to advise a private client over the off-market acquisition of the £3 million warehouse investment in the Midlands.
The property has recently been let on a new 15-year lease with a ten year break clause and will serve as a regional distribution centre.
