Bromwich Hardy is in the headlines again after we acted on the biggest industrial deal of the week in the West Midlands.
We let 64,725 sq ft of warehouse space at units C and D on Bayton Road Industrial Estate in Coventry, bringing the total amount of industrial space we have acted on to 504,777 sq ft so far this year.
According to respected industry publication EG, this puts us in second place in their leaderboard for the most active agents in the industrial sector in the West Midlands, considerably ahead of some much bigger agencies.
