Not one, but two lettings have now been completed at the speculatively built Blue Ribbon Park in Coventry.
Blue Ribbon Park, owned by the Harmsworth Pooled Property Unit Trust , is a newly developed, high quality industrial/ warehouse Scheme, comprising five units within a landscaped environment, totalling 73,070 sq ft.
Following Pack Smart taking Unit 5 last week , CES Advanced Composites UK Ltd have now taken Unit 2 comprising 11,225 sq ft.
Vicky Bullas of Gerald Eve, who manage the Development on behalf of Harmsworth comments “we are very excited to have complete another letting and look forward to welcoming CES to the Estate. The agents have worked extremely hard in these unusual times and we are feeling very positive about the remaining units”.
Andrew Cosnett, partner at Bromwich Hardy joint letting agents adds “This new build development of five speculative units sitting alongside the A444 in the heart of Coventry has attracted significant interest since completion in March. Both local and international businesses are attracted to the great location and quality build of this scheme – one of the only new build production/logistics schemes in the City”.
CES Advanced Composites UK Ltd were additionally attracted by the availability of a significant power supply – Chris Davies of CES comments “we undertook an extensive search of the region and Coventry in particular to discover the availability of power was limited. Blue Ribbon Park could offer an immediate significant supply but importantly was able to commit to offer the upgrade our business would require within three years”
A further unit is under offer at Blue Ribbon Park. Bromwich Hardy are joint letting agents with Gerald Eve with more information available from both agents.
