We’re delighted to reveal that Bromwich Hardy has been shortlisted for two prestigious awards.
We are in the running for the Deal of the Year and Best Use of Technology honours at the FirstPro 2020 awards run by Coventry and Warwickshire First.
The Deal of the Year nomination is for our involvement in the £120 million redevelopment of the former Coventry Telegraph offices which has created a 2.5 acre regeneration project in the heart of Coventry city centre. It includes a four star boutique hotel and 1,200 student bedrooms.
We are shortlisted for the technology prize after being the first commercial agency in the region to use the pioneering Matterport technology.
The technology allows the viewer to ‘virtually’ walk around a property, zoom in and even measure up rooms and means they can ‘tour’ a property in sufficient detail to be able to make commercial decisions wherever they are in the world.
Founding partner Tom Bromwich said: “We are delighted to have made the shortlist in these two keenly-contested categories.
“We are proud to be at the cutting edge of using technology to help our clients and customers and our role in the major regeneration project around the former Coventry Telegraph offices has been a source of immense satisfaction to all involved.”
Award winners will be revealed at a black tie gala dinner at Coombe Abbey on April 2.
