A leading commercial property expert has retained his title as the West Midlands top dealmaker.
Bromwich Hardy partner James Brookes has been named Dealmaker of the Year for the West Midlands for the second year running by highly-respected industry publication Estates Gazette.
The award – the third time in four years James has scooped the title – comes just weeks after Bromwich Hardy itself was named Warwickshire's most active agent for the seventh year running.
James said he was delighted to have retained his award and continued both his and the firm’s record of success.
“Naturally I am very pleased to have picked up this award again. As most of our deals are completed in Coventry it just shows what a positive place the city is currently, with a lot of activity and future potential.
“This year has obviously been difficult for everyone with lockdowns and inactivity, but our investment in future technology and ability to create 3D building models and conduct virtual viewings, has allowed us to work and continue doing deals all the way through.
“This award is recognition not just for me but for the whole team at Bromwich Hardy, which consistently proves itself to be the best in the market for delivering commercially-led results for clients across every sector.”
Bromwich Hardy founding partner Tom Bromwich said he was delighted with the latest award which cemented the agency’s position as a centre of excellence in the commercial property market.
“We worked throughout the lockdown without furloughing any staff and continued to conclude deals throughout. That is a testament to the superb, knowledgeable and experienced staff we have here.
“That expertise is consistently rewarded with awards such as this and I am delighted for James and the whole team that their hard work has brought such excellent results.”
