Bromwich Hardy have completed two freehold sales – The first an Industrial Unit adjacent to Coventry Airport and the second a prime Office Building in Leamington Spa.
Endurance House on Siskin Drive was sold to a National Civil Engineering and Groundwork Contractor who, on the back of increased activity in the construction sector, was looking for a base for projects in the Midlands.
Waterloo Place in Leamington Spa, which despite having been granted planning permission for residential conversion, has been sold and is being retained as offices. This is testament to the strengthening commercial market with an acute lack of supply of quality buildings and increased occupier demand.
Tom Bromwich and Richard Hardy comment
“It is increasingly clear that investors are feeling confident and are benefitting from placing their money into the commercial property market rather than into savings plans at present. They see a long-term return on their money and thus we require more freehold sites for our clients”.
