An independent Ford dealer group has taken 239,580 sq ft at a Midlands business park with the help of Bromwich Hardy.
TrustFord, part of the Ford Retail Group and wholly owned by Ford Motor Company, has signed a seven-year lease and becomes the largest occupier at St Modwen’s Meon Vale Business Park in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Bromwich Hardy partner David Penn said the deal was the latest success for the park, which comprises 900,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space and is near to J15 of the M40.
“A large amount of space has been let at Meon Vale in the last few months and reflects the continued demand for flexible logistics space within the region,” he said.
The deal means St Modwen has now let over 500,000 sq ft of flexible warehouse accommodation at Meon Vale to clients including Unipart Logistics, Desire Tech and Berkeley International Services.
Stuart Foulds, chairman and chief executive at TrustFord, said: “This expansion of acreage in Warwickshire reflects our ongoing dedication and investment in our industry-leading fleet and national logistics centre. The location is perfectly situated as our national hub for vehicle preparation and delivery.”
Bromwich Hardy is joint agent for the site with Darby Keye.
