Leading commercial property agency Bromwich Hardy is celebrating after scooping four new awards for its work from one of the industry’s most respected names.
The Coventry-based agency has clinched four new trophies from CoStar – the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces.
It was named the most active single branch agency in the West Midlands for the number of industrial acquisitions and disposals, won the office awards for being the most active single branch agency in Coventry for both the number and size of acquisitions and disposals and also scooped the Coventry award for being the most active disposal agent.
