Bromwich Hardy have recently completed a ‘hat-trick’ at The Cobalt Centre by agreeing 3 new leases ( 2 renewals and 1 new ) to GOM UK Ltd.
GOM UK Ltd have been tenants at The Cobalt Centre for several years but as part of their expansion they have now re-geared units 12 and 14 and taken a new lease on Unit 11 which they will be using as a training centre.
