Acting on behalf of the Royal Bank of Scotland’s property arm (Real Estate Asset Management), Bromwich Hardy has recently completed a hat-trick of lettings at Abbey Park, Stareton, Coventry.
The increase in market activity amongst occupiers has been demonstrated with two new lettings within Building 500 – a Grade A two storey office building and a further new letting at Building 24. All lettings have been to high profile national tenants including The City & Guilds of London Institute, and DAU Draexlmaier Automotive UK Limited.
Howard Martin, Senior Asset Manager at RBS REAM commented – all of the new lettings within the park are a step in the right direction. The fact that we can attract major occupiers is testament to the quality and location of the asset. Only one suite remains vacant within B500, which has recently undergone a full Grade A refurbishment so we are expecting to let the space relatively soon.
Tom Bromwich of Bromwich Hardy adds – the office market has shown significant signs of improvement in the last six months and this has been borne out in these recent lettings. Interest is high for the remaining space and we hope it is not long before a final occupier is found.
