We’re delighted to have been recognised by commercial property data specialist CoStar in its latest set of awards.
Our founding partner Tom Bromwich has won the award for the top industrial leasing deal in the West Midlands in the final quarter of last year.
The award rounds off a hugely satisfying 2021 for our team – which rose to the challenges of the pandemic in fantastic style.
Across the year we concluded more than £64 million of sales covering some 717,000 sq ft and lettings worth more than £5million over 829,000 sq ft.
We also picked up a host of awards from CoStar and EG and regularly featured at the top of league tables for sales and lettings activity right across the country.
