We have an opportunity for a full-time receptionist/administrator to join our award-winning team, based in Coventry.
This office-based role is an opportunity to be part of a team which consistently features among the top-performing commercial property agencies in Warwickshire, the West Midlands and further afield.
The role comes with highly varied responsibilities and previous experience is not a necessity. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate good organisational and time management skills and confident to meet and greet guests along with providing administrative support for our busy team.
Skills required:
• Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word and Excel
• Typing to a good standard
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Able to take instruction
• Excellent organisation skill
This role would be excellent for someone with experience but we also welcome applications from school/college leavers looking to start their careers or people looking to return to work after a career break.
