Acting on behalf of the Warwickshire College Group Bromwich Hardy have negotiated the sale of a development site in Warwick New Road Leamington Spa for the remodelling of a detached Victorian Villa together with two building plots fronting onto Warwick Place.
Following keen interest and final offers being requested a sale was negotiated on the basis that contracts would be exchanged on an unconditional basis within three weeks of solicitors being instructed. This was successfully achieved!
